Return & Shipping Policy
Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase from Stubborn Soul Boutique, if you are not, we want to make sure that your return goes as smooth as possible!
Our return policy is for Store Credit Only.
Merchandise must be in original/new condition, this includes but is not limited to; unwashed, unworn, and all original tags must still be attached/unaltered. No deodorant marks, no strong odors (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.)
Shoes/Boots must have No visible wear on the bottom or insole and must be in the original undamaged shoe box. If shoe boxes are returned with stickers or shipping labels on them, they will automatically be disqualified as a return.
FINAL SALE on clearance items, special/custom orders, earrings, hair accessories, and undergarments.
Please contact us at Info@StubbornSoul.com within 2 days of the delivery date.
Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery.
Please include a copy of your packing slip.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We highly recommend getting a tracking number for your package, Stubborn Soul is not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email with a gift card number for your store credit for the price of the item at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Must follow all of the guidelines listed above.
Items must be returned to our store within 14 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
Shipping for all orders in the United States are FREE!
Stubborn Soul Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping and are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail. The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be solely responsible once the packages have been shipped.
Stubborn Soul Boutique is not responsible for packages marked delivered by USPS. If your package is showing as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local USPS for further information.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter their correct shipping address at check out. Stubborn Soul Boutique is not responsible for any packages shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer and a refund will not be issued. If the packages are returned due to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer, the buyer will be responsible to pay the actual shipping rate.
